At 4,75,000 sq. ft. and ₹114 crores, TFI India Labs Private Limited in Bangalore is the largest industrial commission in Geometrix's recent portfolio. Scale changes what a plan has to solve for. Production flow, staff movement, and the admin block all needed a home on one site, and none of them could crowd the others out. Geometrix ran the site planning, production and admin layout, circulation, and facade as one connected campus rather than a set of separate buildings sharing a plot. The brief was blunt about it: the plant had to work hard, and it had to look like it, since the site also does double duty hosting clients. Bangalore's industrial belt has pulled in a wave of technology-adjacent manufacturing over the past few years, and a campus this size is part of what that build-out looks like on the ground.
Geometrix Architects Pvt. Ltd. is a Pune-based architecture firm with 25+ years of experience across India and international markets, including projects in Africa and the Middle East. Large-format industrial campuses, built around production scale, staff movement, and room to expand, are a core part of that body of work.
