Project Description
Pithampur runs on pharma and auto-component manufacturing, and PSA Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. built its 2,75,000 sq. ft. campus right into that industrial base. The ₹66 crore project had two audiences to satisfy at once: regulators who'd audit the plant floor, and clients who'd walk through the front entrance. Both needed to see a facility that had its act together. Geometrix laid out the manufacturing blocks, support spaces, and admin areas as one plan, tracing material flow from intake to dispatch before the facade was ever sketched. The finished plant carries clean sightlines from the road in, and a front that reads as established rather than temporary, something that matters when export-quality clients come to inspect the operation themselves.
