Mankind Pharma's manufacturing campus in Udaipur is a 6,75,000 sq. ft. pharmaceutical facility, one of the larger pharma plant commissions in Rajasthan in terms of built-up area. Geometrix managed the full architectural scope: site master planning, production and warehousing layout, clean room zoning, HVAC and MEP coordination, and regulatory approvals across a ₹150 crore build. The campus layout is designed to CDSCO and WHO-GMP standards, with clear separation between formulation, quality control, and logistics zones to prevent cross-contamination and meet inspection-ready flow requirements. Mankind Pharma needed a facility that could handle large-volume production without compromising compliance — that's what the design delivers.
