Project Description
Harman Finochem's 1,25,000 sq. ft. facility sits in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, a Marathwada industrial base that's been pulling in pharma and speciality manufacturing investment for the past several years. Geometrix's scope here was visualization and design: translating the client's production and operational requirements into a facility that reads as regulation-ready from the road. At ₹32 crores, every element on the elevation had to earn its place. Site planning worked around Maharashtra's industrial approval framework from the start, with orientation and infrastructure layout built to hold up under both regulatory review and daily production demands.
