Project Description
DWD Pharmaceuticals commissioned Geometrix for concept development, visualization, and presentation on its 2,75,000 sq. ft. facility in Vadodara — a scope built around getting the design right before committing to full construction drawings. Gujarat's pharma manufacturing corridor runs through Ahmedabad and Vadodara both, and DWD's ₹66 crore campus needed to compete on presence. Geometrix built that presence through design: clean massing, a front elevation built for presentation, and a layout that stays efficient without reading as purely utilitarian. The result is a facility that photographs like a finished building well before the first brick goes up, which is exactly what concept-stage visualization is supposed to deliver.
