Balaxi Pharmaceuticals Ltd. built its 3,25,000 sq. ft. facility in Hyderabad, a city that's spent two decades turning itself into one of India's biggest pharma manufacturing addresses. The ₹64 crore project asked for logistics to be planned into the site from day one, not bolted onto the warehouse end later. Geometrix positioned manufacturing, administration, and dispatch as connected components, tracing how raw material comes in and finished product leaves before finalizing the building footprint. Sustainability was part of the brief from day one too, shaping orientation, ventilation, and material choices through the design process. The facade carries corporate front and industrial function as a single building, not two.
Geometrix Architects Pvt. Ltd. has designed pharmaceutical facilities across India's major manufacturing hubs, Hyderabad among them, treating logistics planning as core architecture rather than a site-engineering afterthought.
